A logo someone made in an hour
Cheap up front, expensive later
It doesn't print well, it doesn't scale, there's no source file, and it quietly tells every customer that this business does things on the cheap.
Branding, logo & graphic design
A logo is where it starts, not where it ends. We build complete brand identities — the mark, the colours, the type, the packaging, the posts — so every single thing a customer sees says the same confident thing about you.
The reality
A logo someone made in an hour
It doesn't print well, it doesn't scale, there's no source file, and it quietly tells every customer that this business does things on the cheap.
Nothing matches anything else
The board outside is one blue, the Instagram posts are another, the brochure uses a third font and the bill book looks like a different company entirely.
Every new designer starts over
Without guidelines and source files, every printer, intern and freelancer reinvents your brand from scratch.
Customers can't judge your quality before they buy. So they judge the only thing they can see — how you present yourself.
Our approach
We don't hand over a logo file and disappear. We build a system — and the guidelines that keep it intact long after we're done.
Who you serve, what you stand for, who you're up against and what you want people to feel. One honest conversation beats ten mood boards.
Three to four distinct logo directions, not four versions of the same idea. You pick one, we refine it, then build the full identity around it.
Every file in every format, a written brand guideline document, and the day-one collateral you actually need — cards, boards, posts, packaging.
What we design
Take the full identity, or just the piece you need right now. Both are fine.
Start here
A distinctive logo built to work everywhere — on a phone screen, a shop board, an embroidered shirt and a single-colour rubber stamp. Around it we build the full system: primary and secondary marks, colour palette with exact print and screen values, a typography scale, icon and pattern language, and a written guideline document. You receive every source file, and you own all of it outright.
Feed kit
Post templates, carousel layouts, story frames, reel covers and highlight icons — built as a reusable kit so your feed looks designed rather than assembled. Available as a monthly retainer too.
On the shelf
Boxes, pouches, bottles, stickers and wrappers — designed to look right on a shelf and to survive the printer. Print-ready artwork with correct bleed, dielines and colour profiles.
Visiting cards, letterheads, brochures, catalogues, menus, invoices, uniforms, hoardings and shop signage. The unglamorous pieces that quietly decide whether people take you seriously.
Already have a brand?
Tired, inconsistent, or no longer matching where the business has gone? We modernise it without throwing away the recognition you've spent years earning.
How it works
Typical timeline for a full identity. Single pieces move faster.
A structured session with you and whoever else makes decisions. We come out of it with a written brief you sign off on — so nobody is guessing what "premium but approachable" means three weeks later.
Discovery output
Three to four genuinely different logo routes, each presented in context — on a signboard, a phone screen, a package — not floating on a white slide. You choose one direction to take forward.
Concept round
We build out the full identity around the chosen mark, produce the collateral you need on day one, and hand over everything — files, fonts, guidelines — in one organised folder that's yours forever.
Final handover
What you receive
No vague deliverables. Here's the full list for a complete brand identity project.
Why Platynum
01
Most design studios hand you a brand book and wish you luck. We're also the team shooting your videos and running your social media — so the identity we design is one we then have to live with every day.
02
A design that looks beautiful on screen and breaks at the press is a failed design. We supply correct bleed, dielines, CMYK conversions and Pantone references, and we talk to your printer if needed.
03
Full ownership of the final artwork transfers to you, source files included. No monthly licence on your own logo, no holding your files hostage if you go elsewhere later.
04
Every project ends with guidelines in writing. Hand that one document to a new employee, a printer or another agency and your brand stays yours — consistent long after the project closes.
